Right of withdrawal<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you took possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the goods.<\/p>\n

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Refoamed sp. z o. o., Zakroczymska 31, 05-140 Serock, Poland,
\nhello@refoamed.com<\/a>, telephone: + 48 (22) 29 98 126 about your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.<\/p>\n

Please note that if the returned product is dirty, we will deduct \u00a320 for cleaning from the order amount. If the product is not clean, we suggest cleaning it before returning it.<\/p>\n

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Effects of withdrawal from the contract<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first.<\/p>\n

Please send back or hand over the goods to us, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n

You shall only be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods other than what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and product functioning.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
