The ODR platform is a multilingual, interactive website for serving consumers and businesses seeking out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from the conclusion of a distance sales or service contract. The use of the aforementioned out-of-court means of claim and dispute resolution is voluntary and can only take place if both parties to the dispute (the Consumer and the seller) agree to it. None of the provisions of these Regulations are intended to violate the statutory rights of Consumers.
